Two Night Minimum for SUMMER and all Reservations in Units 4/5

Single Night reservations are allowed in units 1,2,3 during off season (Oct - Apr)

Remember every 4th consecutive night stay is free (May - Sept).

*An Additional 9 percent County Room Tax will be added to All Lodging Fee's at Check In, Thanks

We do require a Two night Minimum stay for SUMMER reservations and reservations made in our larger units (4/5)
We also require a 48 hour notice of cancellations, or your card will be charged for one nights stay.

We reserve the right to bill your card for damages incurred during your stay.

Office Hours are 9:00 to 5:00

Check In Begins at 3:00PM

Please Call for Late Check in (after 6:00 Pm)

(After 7pm your keys will be in your room, please check in by 10am the next morning)

Check Out is By 11:00 AM

(This means out of the unit and parking area by 11am please,

as we need to prepare the rooms for incoming Guests)

NOTE:

You are welcome to park near the highway and stay to enjoy the beach area!

All Bedding is Provided, Pillows, Sheets and Blankets. The Kitchens are fully equipped with a Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Drip Coffee Maker We supply filters, (Bring your own coffee), Toaster, Pans, Baking Dishes, Pizza Pan, Bowls, Plates, Utensils and Dish Towels. We do ask that you clean your own dishes before leaving (left in the drainer is fine). Our Bathrooms all have a shower, we supply bath towels, paper products and bar soap. Please bring your own shampoo and other needed items.

The nearest Shopping, Restaurants and Gas are in Yachats (Ya-hots) which is 6 1/2 miles North on Hwy 101.

Our rooms are equipped with Satellite TV with over 175 Channels including 14 Movie channels, Local & National news, Learning Channels, TV Land, Kids Channels, Sports and much more! The Rooms do not have Phones and Cell reception here is limited due to the coastal mountains. We do have a courtesy phone and do take urgent messages for our patrons.

Parents for safety considerations please supervise children near the cliff and beach, we want your stay a happy one!
