We do require a Two night Minimum Stay during Summer Season and Holidays.

We Require a 48 hour notice of cancellations, or your card may be charged.

We reserve the right to bill your card for damages incurred during your stay.

WE DO ACCEPT PETS (a $10.00 Per Pet Per Night Fee Applies)

Please be a responsible Pet Owner, pick up after YOUR Pet, Pets cannot be allowed to run free both for their safety and the safety and relaxation of other patrons.

Office Hours are 9:00 to 5:00

Check In Begins at 3:00PM

Please Call for Late Check in (after 6:00 Pm)

(After 7pm your keys will be in your room, please check in by 10am the next morning)

Check Out is By 11:00 AM
(This means out of the unit and parking area by 11am please, as we need to prepare the rooms for incoming Guests)

NOTE: You are welcome to park near the highway and stay to enjoy the beach area!

All Bedding is Provided, Pillows, Sheets and Blankets. The Kitchens are fully equipped with a Full Size Refrigerator, Microwave, Drip Coffee Maker We supply filters, (Bring your own coffee), Toaster, Pans, Baking Dishes, Pizza Pan, Bowls, Plates, Utensils and Dish Towels. We do ask that you clean your own dishes before leaving (left in the drainer is fine). Our Bathrooms all have a shower, we supply bath towels, paper products and bar soap. We also provide towels for your pets, please refrain from using our cottages towels for PETS, thanks. Please bring your own shampoo and other needed items. There is a small store next to us where many common items may be purchased. The nearest Shopping, Restaurants and Gas are in Yachats (Ya-hots) which is 6 1/2 miles North on Hwy 101.

Our rooms are equipped with Satellite TV with over 150 Channels including Local & National news, Learning Channels, TV Land, Kids Channels, Sports and much more! The Rooms do not have Phones and Cell reception here is limited due to the coastal mountains. We do have a courtesy phone and do take messages for our patrons. There is also a phone booth located on the property and we do sell Phone Cards.

Parents for safety considerations please supervise children near the cliff and beach, we want your stay a happy one!
